Showcasing Innovation in Robotics:

Join us at ICRA EXPO in Yokohama, Japan, for an exceptional opportunity to showcase your cutting-edge robotic research through live demonstrations! More than 80 different demonstrations to enjoy throughout the 3 days of ICRA!

What to expect:

ICRA EXPO Spaces:

Each EXPO submission will have a 3×3 m paddock equipped with:

  • 1x 48-inch display monitor
  • 1x table (1800Lx600Wx700H)
  • 2x folding chairs
  • 1x A0-sized poster board

Please remember to bring your own poster as there is no printing facility available at the venue.

This is the layout of the ICRA EXPO area. Your designated booth number is listed in the ICRA program. The number at the end of your submission ID corresponds to your designated booth number. Please refer to the program to verify your booth number and ensure you set up in the correct location. Click here to see the general map of the Convention Center to find the ICRA EXPO location.

EXPO Schedule:

Dates: May 14th ~ May 16th (AM: setup/preparation, PM: demonstrations)
Demonstration timeslots: PM1: 13:30 ~ 15:30, PM2: 16:00~18:00

The number at the end of your submission ID indicates your mandatory time slot or “core time”. Odd numbers are assigned to PM1, and even numbers to PM2. Please ensure your presence at your booth during your assigned time slot. You are encouraged to be actively presenting at your booth during the whole period (13.30 – 18.00) to maximize audience interaction.

EXPO Reception:

The reception will be open May 14th ~ May 16th, from 10:00 ~ 18:00. If you sent your robotic system to the reception, feel free to swing by between these hours to pick it up! Please send your parcel only on the day your demo is scheduled. ICRA EXPO Committee Members below will be there to attend your requests.

Additional Facilities:

  • A workshop area equipped with basic tools and supplies for assembling and tinkering with your electronics.
  • A dedicated drone cage for those bringing aerial robots (see the map)
  • A large open mobile robot area that can be freely used to run and showcase your mobile robots.
