ICRA 2024 Yokohama is seeking student volunteers to serve as session room staff during the conference. This is a great opportunity to engage with cutting-edge research, interact with renowned researchers, and foster connections with fellow student volunteers. Please consider applying.
- Duration: May 13th to 16th
- May 13th: 17:00-18:00 (tentative)
- May 14th through 16th: 9:30-18:30 (tentative)
- Location: Pacifico Yokohama (Session Rooms)
- Unpaid
- Accommodation provided for 4 nights (May 13th to 16th)
- Shared accommodation with fellow student volunteers (two people per room)
- Lunch (bento) provided from May 14th to 16th
- Transportation: at your expense
- Number of Volunteers Needed: Approximately 20
- Application Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a doctoral program or considering pursuing a doctoral degree in the future
- Residing outside Japan
- Recommended by your supervisor
- Available for all duties throughout the specified period
- Application Procedure:
- Please apply through the application form.
- Application Deadline: March 31st (Note: In the event of a high number of applicants, the deadline may be closed earlier.)
- Notification of Selection Results: Early April

- Registration for ICRA 2024 is not required.
- Participation in sessions other than assigned sessions may not be possible.
- Poster presentation as late breaking results is possible. Please submit your poster and mention it in “Any Additional Comments” in the volunteer application form.
