Call for Late Breaking Results

We invite everyone to contribute to the ICRA 2024 Late Breaking Results Poster Session. 

Present your latest findings in the field of robotics by contributing to the ICRA 2024 Late Breaking Results Poster Session. Please note that these contributions are not peer-reviewed and do not qualify as official publications, but they will be available to conference attendees in both poster and electronic form.

This is a great opportunity to receive feedback on your work before submitting it for formal publication. Submit a poster in pdf format by the final deadline of April 1 April 8, 2024. A panel will review submissions for suitability and notify you of acceptance as soon as possible. If your poster is accepted, one of the authors must register for the conference and present their work at the poster session.

• A full registration (with paper) to ICRA is required to carry out your presentation at ICRA 2024 Late Breaking Results Poster Session.
• Regular full registration includes submissions for up to two items from these categories: paper, late-breaking submission, ICRA Expo, stand-alone video. Student registration includes one submission of the same categories.

Important dates:

• April 1 April 8, 2024 23:59 (PST): Deadline for submission of Late Breaking Results Poster. 

Poster Guidelines:

1. Language: English. 
2. Paper size: No larger than A0 paper size (841mm wide × 1189mm high).
3. File format: PDF (Please limit the size of the PDF file to 2 MB). 
4. Paper format (if accepted): Content printed by author on A0 paper/cloth for presentation in the Poster Session 
5. There is no specific template for the posters. You should choose the format that best represents your research work. Please use the ICRA 2024 logos that can be found here.
